People Memory is not a simple address book. It is your second brain for human relationships — designed from the ground up for depth, privacy, and everyday use.
The moment you open People Memory for the first time, you create a 4-digit PIN. This PIN is immediately hashed using SHA-256 — a one-way cryptographic function — and stored only on your device. Your plain PIN is never written anywhere.
Every subsequent app launch requires your PIN before any data is visible. After 5 minutes of inactivity, the app locks automatically. Nobody who picks up your phone can browse your contacts or read your notes.
This is not "PIN as a convenience unlock." It is a genuine privacy layer because the people you track in this app are your most personal relationships — and that data deserves real protection.
Every person in your life occupies a different position in your circle of trust. People Memory lets you assign each contact a trust level from 0 to 10, giving you an honest, private picture of where each relationship stands.
The trust level is entirely private — it never appears in notifications, is never shared, and is only visible to you. It is a tool for your own situational awareness: should you share a business idea with this person? How much personal information is appropriate to reveal?
Visual indicators (red, yellow, and green dots on the people list) let you scan your contacts at a glance without reading individual profiles. A quick colour-coded overview of your entire social landscape.
The human mind is not designed to remember every detail about every person. People Memory extends your memory with structured, searchable notes for each contact.
Each profile includes dedicated fields for what a person likes, what they dislike, things you must remember (allergies, sensitivities, preferences), quick facts (job title, company, city), and a full free-form personal description. Together, these give you a complete picture before any conversation.
Whether you are preparing for a job interview follow-up, a first date, a networking event, or a family reunion, these notes mean you walk in knowing exactly what matters to the person in front of you.
People Memory tracks every important date without relying on a server. Birthdays, the date you first met, the date of your last interaction, the date of your next planned meeting — all stored locally and surfaced at the right time.
You can also create unlimited custom date entries for any person. "Promotion date," "anniversary of partnership," "visa expiry" — whatever matters to you. Each custom date can have a descriptive label.
Reminders are scheduled as local device notifications using your phone's OS notification system. There is no push notification server, no Firebase Cloud Messaging, no Apple Push Notification Service carrying your data. Your phone schedules and fires the alert itself.
After a meeting or phone call, capturing what happened quickly and accurately is often more important than capturing it perfectly. People Memory lets you record a voice note immediately after an interaction — while it is fresh.
Each voice note is stored as a local audio file within the app's private storage. It is timestamped and tied to the specific person's interaction timeline. You can play it back any time before your next meeting with that person.
No audio is ever streamed, transcribed by a third-party service, or uploaded anywhere. Your voice stays on your device, always.
Your contacts are not a flat list — they exist in different spheres of your life. Work colleagues, close friends, family, networking connections, mentors, collaborators. People Memory lets you organise everyone into named, colour-coded groups.
Groups serve two purposes: visual filtering on the main people list, and contextual clarity. When you need to think about how to approach a professional relationship, you know immediately which people are in that sphere.
You can create as many groups as you need, rename them, change their colour, and assign each person to one or more groups. The group filter on the main dashboard makes it effortless to focus on one slice of your network at a time.
Out of sight, out of mind is the enemy of meaningful relationships. The Relationship Health Score is an automatic calculation that tells you, at a glance, which relationships need your attention before they go cold.
The score is calculated from several factors: how recently you last interacted, whether you have an upcoming meeting scheduled, how complete the person's profile is, and whether their birthday is approaching. Together, these signals produce a single 0–100 score displayed on each person's card.
This is not gamification — it is a quiet, honest nudge to be a more proactive friend, colleague, and relationship builder.
Five minutes before a meeting, how much can you actually remember about the person you are about to see? People Memory curates a Meeting Prep Card for each contact — a focused, one-screen summary of everything relevant to the upcoming conversation.
The card surfaces what they care about, what topics to explore, upcoming dates (birthdays, anniversaries), the last things you discussed, and any notes you flagged as important. You walk into every meeting having done your homework automatically.
This feature is particularly valuable for networkers, managers, salespeople, and anyone who meets many different people across multiple contexts and cannot keep every detail in their head.
The Activity Journal is a chronological, cross-person feed of everything that has happened across your entire network. Birthdays coming up, interactions you logged, meetings you attended, milestones you recorded — all in one scrollable timeline.
This gives you a bird's-eye view of how active your social and professional life has been recently, and which people have been present in it. It is the difference between managing relationships reactively — only when someone reaches out — and managing them proactively.
Each journal entry is linked to the relevant person's profile. One tap takes you straight to their full profile to add a note, log a follow-up, or read your previous interaction history.
